This time, poet Alja Spaan has invited ‘The Amsterdam Poetry Critique Group’ for all lovers of ‘Spoken Word’. A delegation consisting of national and international poets will recite English poems on Saturday, December 2. All songs sung by Arie van Egmond and Julius Kleinherenbrink (Oorkussen) are also in English for a change.
Voor alle liefhebbers van ‘Spoken Word’ heeft dichter Alja Spaan dit keer ‘The Amsterdam Poetry Critique Group’ uitgenodigd. Een afvaardiging bestaande uit nationale en internationale dichters zal zaterdag 2 december Engelse gedichten voordragen . Ook alle liedjes die gezongen worden door Arie van Egmond en Julius Kleinherenbrink (bekend van Oorkussen) gaan voor de verandering in het Engels.
The Amsterdam Poetry Critique Group presents their 2nd anthology of poems ‘Beyond Nature’.
The group has existed for over 20 years and is a forum for English language poets (native or others) to improve their writing skills through feedback and workshops.
Our first group Anthology from November 2021 was produced during Covid and presented poetry written during the pandemic and lockdown. We decided to produce another anthology sharing poems about the environment and our interaction with it.

Reuring is a sparkling idiosyncratic literary initiative by writer Alja Spaan. The literary platform offers a free platform every month in De Alkenaer to various poets, writers, musicians and artists. We would like to welcome you (again) to our attractive theater. Entrance is free and no reservations are required.
